
Chocolate Smoothies – Two Ways
We love replacing snack time with smoothie time at eco rascals. Our bamboo cups make the perfect vessel to enjoy any hot or cold drinks.
Chocolate Chia Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of your choice
1 medium banana
2-3 tbsp of chocolate ice-cream
1 1/2 tbsp of nut butter
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cacao nibs for garnish
6 raspberries
1 cup of ice
Servings: Makes two
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Method:
- Soak the chia seeds in 30ml of warm water for 10 minutes
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a slice of banana and a sprinkle of chia seeds

Peanut Butter Smoothie (makes two) – Suitable from 12 months up.
Ingredients:
2 cups of milk (your choice whether Cows or Plant-based)
2 medium bananas
3 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of raw honey
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 ice cubes
Servings: Makes two
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Method:
- Chop the banana into chunks
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
