Bananas are a healthy source of fibre, potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C.
They work as a great binding agent and can be used as an egg replacer in most recipes. Visually, the kids will think this is a fun treat but as parents you’ll know you’re supplying them with a whole host of important nutrients.
All these recipes are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free and come with vegan alternatives.
These recipes are suitable for children over the age of 12 months as they contain honey.
