Coconut Bliss Balls

Colourful Date Balls

Snacks for kids and adults alike, these are a great source of antioxidants. Perfect guilt free treats!

As with most of eco rascals recipes they can be adapted to replace any allergens, see alternatives in ingredients list below.


🥄  12 pitted dates

🥄 1.5 tablespoons of cacao

🥄 2 tablespoons of nut butter; or

90g rolled oats with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup


🥄 100’s and 1000’s

🥄 Desiccated coconut

🥄 Cacao powder


Blitz all ingredients in a food processor

Divide into 12 portions and roll into a ball

Roll each ball in your desired topping

Refridgerate for an hour


These can be kept up to 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge, but we guarantee they won’t last that long.
