Hummus 6 Healthy Ways

Your little one will love this homemade healthy hummus. With 6 different flavour ways, it’s a great snack for the whole family.

Ingredients and Method

Hummus base:

🥄 Drained Chickpeas 1 Can

🥄Tahini ⅓ Cup

🥄Minced Garlic 2 Nos.

🥄 Lemon Juice 2-3 Tbsp

🥄 Salt ¾ Tsp

🥄 Ground Cumin ½ Tsp

🥄 Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

First Flavour: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

🥄 Add Roasted Red Pepper and Paprika

Second Flavour: Beet hummus

🥄 Add 2 Medium Cooked Beetroots

Third Flavour: Coriander Hummus

🥄 Add Green Peas and Coriander Leaves

Fourth Flavour: Zesty Lemon Hummus

🥄 Add Lemon Zest and Lemon Oil

Fifth Flavour: Turmeric Hummus

🥄 Ground Tumeric and Ground Nutmeg
