Easy banana pancakes with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Tablespoons of Flour

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy

  • Gently heat a non stick frying pan

  • Place a small amount of your mixture into the warm pan, flip when the ends start to look golden.

  • Serve with any fruit of your choice
