1 Banana
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Flour
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Gently heat a non stick frying pan
Place a small amount of your mixture into the warm pan, flip when the ends start to look golden.
Serve with any fruit of your choice
