Cheesy Chicken Burger

A burger to put a cheesy smile on your hungry child

Ingredients

  • 400g ground chicken

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 11/2 tsp dried mix of oregano, basil & parsley

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 handfuls of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together to form patties

  • Dip into the breadcrumbs

  • Fry in a shallow pan until cooked through

    Mini Beef Burger

    A burger for your mini me

    Ingredients

    • 400g ground beef

    • tsp garlic powder

    • salt & pepper to taste

    • 1tbsp Worcestershire / soy sauce

    • 4 small slices of cheese

    Instructions

    • Mix well and form patties

    • Fry in a shallow pan until cooked

    • Top with cheese whilst they are still warm

      Your kids will love this when you slide these in front of them

      Ingredients

      • 1 can chickpeas (rinsed)

      • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

      • 1/2 red onion chopped

      • salt & pepper to taste

      • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

      • 2 garlic cloves minced

      • 1 tsp cumin powder

      • 1 tbsp tahini sauce

      • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

      Directions

      • Ground all of the ingredients together in a blender

      • Mix into patties

      • Fry in a shallow pan until cooked
