        Ingredients

        • For the Pizza Scrolls
        • Puff pastry - use an all butter version as it will last longer in lunchboxes

        • Tomato puree paste

        • Cheddar cheese

        • To Serve
        • Shredded Lettuce

        • Carrot battons

        • Cucumber slices

        Directions

        • For the Pizza Scrolls
        • Roll out puff pastry, use the backside of a spoon to spread the tomato paste.

        • Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and cut into 2cm rounds.

        • Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees.
