Pineapple and Raspberry Lollies

By popular demand! Here is our pineapple and raspberry lollies! Enjoy making them! 


1 large pineapple

1 punnet raspberries

1/2 cup of yoghurt

1/3 cup of yoghurt

Choose between coconut yoghurt, greek yoghurt or coconut cream


1. Yellow layer: Blend the pineapple pieces along with 1/2 cup of yoghurt until smooth.

2. Pink layer: Blend a handful of raspberries with the remaining 1/4 cup yoghurt

3. Mash a handful of raspberries coarsely with a fork and keep aside

4. Optional - add maple syrup or organic honey to sweeten

5. Layer the lolly moulds yellow - raspberries - pink

6. Freeze

Serve up on your organic eco rascals bamboo plate!
