Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our customer service and your satisfaction is our long term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement.
The products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product and/or packaging isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please email email@example.com before the return, we'll provide you our return address. We do not accept the return package without prior contact.
Once the return has been received and accepted we will process the refund and email you once done.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
The refunded product will be collected by external couriers at your cost, and assessed in Head Office to see that it qualifies for a refund. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to advise of the refund, which should reach your account within 30 days.
Refunds will be only be processed through the original mode of payment.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
