No Cook Banana delights!

Presenting to you three simply irresistible no cook banana recipes for your little ones (and your big ones!).

We love no cook recipes even more than we love one-pot recipes! Instant, or almost instant, breakfast and snack ideas to get your little ones excited and satisfied brought to you from eco rascals HQ - the home to bamboo tableware in the UK.

Bananas are a healthy source of fibre, potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. They work as a great binding agent and can be used as an egg replacer in most recipes.  Visually, the kids will think this is a fun treat but as parents you'll know you're supplying them with a whole host of important nutrients.

All these recipes are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free and come with vegan alternatives.

These recipes are suitable for children over the age of 12 months as they contain honey.

All three recipes can be viewed on our YouTube channel here.
